1) Hydrate yourself with water.
2) Have a balanced diet. Eat breakfast!
3) Exercise moderately.
4) Smile!
5) Socialize.
6) Go out when the sun is out.
7) Breathe in fresh air by going out more often or purify the air in your home with plants or an air purifier.
8) Don't smoke.
9) Don't do drugs.
10) Wear sunscreen.
11) Visit a primary care physician once a year for preventive care.
12) Floss daily, and, of course, brush your teeth, too.
13) Follow good hygiene.
14) Urinate and pass stool when you need to.
15) Read regularly.
